I highly recommend Rio Imports for anyone who has a Honda or Acura. Chris is extremely honest, courteous, and very fair. He does not offer services that you don't need, yet he does smartly recommend maintenance that will keep your car or truck running for a long time. I've been going to Chris for almost 20 years and have always had outstanding professional service. I even asked his recommendation when buying my next Honda!

After a long scary drive from Athens, I limped my car into the Rio shop. It was last minute, and they had a full slate, but sensing my desperation they were able to work me in and fix it before I got off work! Just amazing. I felt like the mechanic was very honest with me and gave me the best deal he possibly could, and I drove away happy. I'm so lucky to have found them!

I took my Honda Accord in to get the front axle and CV value replaced. Chris replaced everything for $190 total. The guy only works on Honda and Acura's which is why is price are low. He completed the work in 2 days. Chris is one of those mechanics that you are lucky to find. Very honest guy. I highly recommend him.

Rio Import is one of the main reasons we decided to get the Honda Odyssey instead of the Toyota Sienna. My wife (Aminta) takes our Honda Odyssey to Rio Import instead of the Honda dealers. I learned about Rio Import through word of mouth from my coworkers who have been going to him for their Honda vehicle maintenance checks, repairs, etc.

Chris' honesty and integrity are without question. This says a LOT in the auto service industry others up sell, often misdiagnose problems, and make unnecessary repairs. His time and cost estimates are always 100% accurate. There are never "uh there was an unexpected issue...gonna cost you more." Chris is the owner operator of the business. It's no wonder that his lot is always full of customers.
